What You Can Expect From Us
You can expect us to provide an efficient service where waiting times are kept to a minimum. If you are kept waiting we will keep you informed as to how long you will be delayed and we will do everything we can to minimise it.
You can expect our staff to be courteous at all times. They will try to answer any questions you have and deal with any problems as quickly as possible.
We have a policy of being as transparent as possible about our prices and treatment costs. Do not hesitate to ask should you have any queries. We aim to provide, after your examination, a written estimate of your treatment costs. Should your treatment costs change for any reason we will inform you as soon as is practical.
You can expect only the highest standards of hygiene and cross infection control. Disposable equipment is used where possible otherwise we employ carefully monitored methods of sterilisation in line with all current guidelines and legislation.
What We Expect Of You
Please arrive for your appointments on time and be sure to check in at reception. This will help us to run on time and aid efficiency.
If you cannot attend an appointment please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (where we have been unable to fill the appointment) and for missed appointments, a charge will be made.
We expect you to be courteous to staff at all times. Rudeness, aggressiveness or shouting will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We expect you to pay for your treatment at each of your visits if asked to do so. Please settle outstanding amounts within seven days.
Please do not keep us a secret. If you know of anyone who might benefit from top quality dental care we would be grateful if you would recommend us.
