I want to look after my teenager's teeth

Teenagers

At our practice we can see teenagers up to the age of 18, or 19 if still in full time education, for free, under the NHS.

It is important to encourage and maintain good oral care whilst the dentition is developing. Here at Greenside, we monitor for gum problems, dental decay and orthodontic problems, and refer to specialist orthodontic practices for treatment if the need arises. We encourage all patients to come in regularly so that we can advise the best way to keep teeth healthy as patients grow and ensure we are doing everything possible to prevent dental problems.

Kirsty, Amy are qualified oral health educators, and Corrine, our dental therapist are all able to carry out oral hygiene assessment and instruction appointments to encourage children to take great care of their teeth in a relaxed, fun environment.
