We want your first appointment with us to be as smooth and reassuring as possible and packed with value.
Our New Patient Package includes everything you need to get started on your dental journey.
From the moment you arrive, our warm and friendly team will help you feel at ease. We’ll ask you to complete a short medical history form, so we can tailor your care to your specific needs. We recommend arriving a little early so there’s time to get settled.
You’ll first meet with our Treatment Coordinator (subject to availability), who will welcome you, explain what’s involved in your visit, and take a few digital records, including intra-oral photos and a 3D digital scan of your teeth.
Next, you’ll see one of our experienced dentists for a comprehensive full-mouth check-up.
- A thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and jaw
- An oral cancer screening (included as standard)
- Intra-oral X-rays, if needed, to spot any hidden issues
- A conversation about any concerns or goals you may have
- Professional advice based on your oral health and smile aspirations
At the end of the appointment, your dentist will provide a customised treatment plan, including any recommended care, timescales, and projected costs.
Your package also includes a 20-minute hygiene appointment, which will be scheduled separately. During this visit, our hygienist will professionally clean your teeth and offer tips to help you maintain excellent oral health at home.
