Joining the practice plan allows you to budget for your included treatments by paying a set monthly fee. The additional benefits of the plan are only available while your subscription remains active and payments are up to date. If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to collect it again to help you maintain your plan. Should the payment continue to fail, we will investigate the reason (please note that we only receive brief details, e.g. “blocked by bank” or “insufficient funds”) and contact you to advise on the next steps. All outstanding payments must be settled in order to remain on the plan. Any appointments attended during a period of failed payments will be chargeable at our standard pay-as-you-go rates.
The plan can be terminated at any point after the first 12 months in writing to info@greensidedentalcare.co.uk and must include reasoning behind why this is to be terminated. If you have any remaining treatment; this will not be discounted due to the plan being terminated. There are no exiting fees for leaving the practice plan after 12 months. Exiting the plan before 12 months will result in an exit fee of £100 and any discount issued to be repaid.
You will not be entitled to a refund for the payment plan.
We aim to send out dental reminders for routine treatment but is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they are booking in their appointments. We always recommend booking your 3, 6 or 12 monthly examinations/hygiene visits after you have been seen with the reception team. This is to ensure you have the appointment secured in the diary.

- All treatment planning for future dental needs including study models
- 10% reduction of any laboratory-based treatments e.g., crowns and bridgework
- 10% reduction of fillings and endodontic treatment.
- 10% reduction off any other dental work e.g., extractions
- Free antibiotics when required
- 25% discount off all sundry items e.g., toothbrushes
- Children registered with NHS can be seen during private clinics with parent(s)

Patients who choose £20.25 plan but was recommended a £32 per month and experience multiple gum-related emergencies may be advised that these are due to reduced periodontal maintenance. Further emergency appointments in such cases may not be covered under the plan and may incur pay-as-you-go fees.
There may be a fee increase annually; you will be notified 1 month before this will be implemented.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure the plan is paid on a monthly basis in order to avoid being removed from the plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they keep up to appointments and ensuring they attend appointments.
If you fail to attend your examination and/or hygiene appointment (as included in the plan outlined in T&C point 2), a pay-as-you-go fee will apply in order to rebook. Alternatively, you may wait until your next routine appointment, typically due in six months. This charge is applied because dedicated clinical time was reserved for you but not attended.
We require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows our reception team adequate time to offer the appointment to another patient. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, without a valid reason, will be chargeable. The charge applied will depend on the type of appointment booked and the length of time reserved in the diary. This policy applies to all appointments, including those covered by the plan.
